Rauan Zhapaev is a researcher with a doctoral degree, currently serving as the head of the Agricultural Laboratory at the Kazakhstan Institute of Agriculture and Plant Growth Research. He is primarily engaged in research on irrigation and cultivation techniques for agricultural crops in the southeastern region of Kazakhstan. He has obtained 5 invention patents, led 8 research projects, and published over 20 academic papers in international journals.
